DATA SHARING

Data commonly shared with the YMS includes truck registration, driver details, trailer number, seal numbers, content type, and percentage fill. Syncrotess starts working with data provided to the system via an interfaced Transport Management System (TMS) or via our YMS Connect web application. Both options allow for advanced data to be communicated to the YMS ahead of truck and trailer arrival, streamlining the arrival process ensuring the quickest turnaround times for external drivers.

TMS INTEGRATION

The YMS has been developed with a standard TMS interface which allows for rapid interface development and deployment. With a strong track record of connecting industry-leading Transport Management Systems into our YMS, getting data into your YMS couldn’t be easier.

YMS CONNECT

YMS Connect has been designed from the ground up to be lightweight to deploy to remote operations within your transport network where a full-blown YMS isn’t necessary due to low complexity. Via the purpose-built web app, these smaller operations can input data into the transport ecosystem, adding entire transport loads or updating missing data to complete the picture of what will be arriving at your main yards.
