GroundStar (GS) TurnManager application supports active monitoring and management of all ground handling activities and their dependencies within the single turnaround process sequence of an aircraft. 

This is possible with the help of dynamic calculation of process durations, based on operational flight information and measurable quantities like resource availability, actual passenger and baggage load figures, and more. Constant re-calculation of deviations in the overall turnaround facilitates an estimation of the resulting delay to the outbound flight, which culminates in a precise calculation of the Target Off-Block Time (TOBT) for each outbound flight well in advance. 

A set of mitigating actions can be tested to analyze the impact of different decisions on the turnaround performance. Once proven successful for minimizing disruption impact, these actions can be further invoked directly withing the module for completion. In the end, all potential bottlenecks or disruptions are identified early, and all relevant stakeholders are instantly notified on their desktops or mobile devices, allowing them to take action immediately.
